WARNING: Do not let anyone remotely access your computer until you have read the article below, and done checks to ensure it is not a scam. Legitimate techs and organizations will not ring or contact you to access your computer. You may also get messages on your computer from websites or Facebook requesting that you ring a number due to a hack or a virus, Don’t fall for it.

Customer feedback indicates that I do a very good job at diagnosing and repairing computers remotely. My fear however is that you may think that others can help in a similar way. Scammers can be very convincing. I will never ring or contact you requesting access. You must contact me to request support. That way you will know exactly who you are dealing with.
- If you know me personally, Ring me.
- I will instruct you to click on the computer image below.
- You will then type in your first name.
- I will give you a Support Key number for you to type in.
- This will install the “GoToAssist” remote support program. (I have a licensed account provided by the ‘LogMeIn’ company).
- You will be able to see everything I do on your computer and I will not ask you for financial or personal information.
